1. Exchange after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. We do not take guarantee of the product and it is non- exchangeable and refundable. We do not accept exchanges of used, washed, torned, ironed, altered products. Products Made to Order and Customised products are not applicable for exchange.
2. If you find the package in damaged condition at the time of delivery, do not accept it, we suggest to report the same to Nirala Herbal support team. In the case of package acceptance, General return policy conditions shall apply.
3. If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
4. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. Please ensure that the details that you entered are correct. Nirala Herbal will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
